Insul-Flow, Inc. is a licensed insulating concrete company that specializes in the installation of gypsum-based underlayments, floor leveling, cellular concrete, structural lightweight and insulating concrete roof systems and Pli-Dek Deck Coating Systems. Formed in 2003, Insul-Flow continues to facilitate our customer’s needs to meet the ever-increasing demand of specialty concrete products. With experienced representatives and skilled employees, Insul-Flow has the experience you need to get the job done in a timely, efficient and professional manner. With offices in Northern California, Southern California, Colorado and Nevada we have numerous locations to better serve our customers. Our Team
Lance Taglione, President
Lance Taglione is the President of Insul-Flow, Inc. and one of the founding owners. He has been in the lightweight concrete industry since 1994. As President of the company, Lance is responsible for sales growth and production. Since starting the company, Insul-Flow has consistently been a Top 10 Maxxon Dealer.
Lance earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Cal State-Fresno. He has a passion for people and enjoys working directly with customers formulating solutions for the many construction challenges that are presented on a daily basis. Outside of work, Lance’s family is his pride and joy. His hobbies include playing golf, hunting and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
Scott Taglione, Vice President
Scott Taglione is the Vice President of Insul-Flow, Inc. and has been in the lightweight concrete business since 1998. With his brother, Lance, and Susan Hacker, they founded Insul-Flow in 2003. With a great love for all things outdoors, Scott moved to Colorado where he runs the Colorado Division of Insul-Flow. Like Lance, Scott most enjoys working directly with the customers to come up with creative solutions for their needs as well as watching projects come to fruition..
Susan Hacker, Secretary
Susan Hacker has over 30 years in the insulating concrete business. She is directly involved with all managerial aspects of Insul-Flow and oversees all office employees.
Delia Medina, Southern California Office Manager
Delia Medina started in the industry in 1986. Today, she manages all aspects of the Southern California office including sales, customer service, accounting, dispatch, purchasing and equipment rentals to name just a few. When asked about working at Insul-Flow she says she loves the different challenges that are presented but more importantly, she loves the people with whom she works. Outside of work she loves to read, spend time with her family, and take road trips with her husband.
Jesus Gil, Production Manager, Nevada
Jesus Gil leads our Nevada production staff and runs day-to-day operations in our Nevada Division.
Jose Centeno, Production Manager, Southern California
Jose’s experience in the concrete business surpasses 25-plus years of production supervision. He works with our customers to facilitate and schedule projects as well as manages Insul-Flow’s production department.
Dean Howard – Production Manager, San Francisco
Dean Howard has been in the gypsum underlayment and deck coating business since the early 1980’s. He started out in sales/estimating and later purchased the company for which he worked. Dean owned and operated that business for 25 years before starting at Insul-flow, Inc. Dean has extensive knowledge of the gypsum and underlayment products in use and has witnessed the changes in the products and applications over time. He looks forward to working with our customers as advances in the industry occur and new challenges are presented.
